I am new to Auctiva and I clicked "Yes" for the java upload but it did not. How do I upload now so that I can start listing?

Click the IMAGES on green navigation bar then click UPLOAD IMAGES then click JAVA UPLOADER when you see the pop up window you must accept by clicking YES it should install java uploader on your PC.(If you have installed internet security softwear you might check the settings for pop-up blocking/ad blocking and enable it.)After you installed the java uploader you can see 3 buttons on the top right corner 1)ADD 2)REMOVE 3)UPLOAD click the ADD it goes to add files to transfer window select the file you want to upload there, click ok or double click the file you need to upload then you can see that file on your Auctiva uploader window, then click the 3rd button on the top right corner named UPLOAD it will upload that immage to Auctiva. You can manage images you uploaded by going to IMAGE and then MANAGE IMAGE.
Try again it should work...Good luck!!
