In the lister there are three paste options in the Full Size Editor, I always use the middle one, think it is paste plain text. I seem to think I couldn't get the other two to work. Although right this minute I can't get any to work. 
I do know that none of them work if your using Opera, I use Firefox to list with.
You might want to file a help ticket, you'll get a faster answer from the big bosses.

Have you tried the 'paste from word' button?
On the Item Description Editor, it looks like a clipboard with a small blue 'W'.
If that doesn't work, file a support request:
Help->File a Support Request

I sincerely appreciate everyone's quick response. AngelLisa, I tried it the way you were suggesting and I could not get it to work. Mr. Bill, I tried it the way you suggested and it worked! I figured I had to be doing something wrong. Thanks.
