I just cleared my cache and same problem.

Will try my Ad-ware and reboot since it might be just me

Apparently just me as I did the Adware and reboot and everything looks fine.

Been having same troubles also...Been going on for a few days now with let up it seems...Have also filed with support and like you rightly say fingers crossed will be shorted shortly...Lets hope

My problem was my computer and not Auctiva as I cleared my cache, ran Adware and rebooted and all my images came back ... Try that to see if that helps you

I have just done that through advise of auctive help team but it seems to have made no difference at all....
Even my scrolling shop just has a blank photo image with words Loading Image..Not sure what to do now???

Hi Community,

To those who are reporting that their store window images are not loading...

There was a period of time after yesterday's update during which store window images were not being generated automatically. If you are experiencing this problem, it is most likley due to this issue.

Please file a support case using the appropriate link on our help page and our support staff will create those image manually:
