Is there anyway you can just have a default store template for each item you list. That way you do not have to chose a different one each time???

Alot of standard boiler-plate for listings can be created using Profiles (see Profiles tab). You can create and then select them in the Auctiva one-page lister to integrate as appropriate to a new listing.
I'm not sure that exactly answers your question, but it is a feature that provides for rapid listing creation without having to cut-and-paste or recreate each time.
You can also create a duplicate of a listing from the Saved Listings page by selecting the "Create Similar Listing" icon for an item (under the Actions column). That works well when it's the same or similar item with a few changes for new listing.
