Just opened an ebay store but..

Is there a way I can have my store categories in auctiva? when I create a listing have to go to ebay and then edit it because it will automatically place itsellf under the "other" category..

There should be a place where I can create my store categories and then choose it while creating a new listing, help?

Hi,

If your Store categories are not showing up in your listing page (ie say from within the "create a new listing" link), then this may help:

1. Click on the "My Account" tab at the top right of the page.
2. Then, click on the "eBay Settings" link.
3. Then, click on "Update Store Categories from eBay".

You should be able to alter things from there and then have your categories appear in your listing page, where you can choose the appropriate category for each listing.
