I did the majority of my listing using Turbo Lister 2, having just signed up with Auctiva I'm not sure what to do with it?

Could I still use it, or would it conflict with Auctiva?

I would consider it a conflict in methodology. Auctiva's new service is based upon Internet browser interaction with their remote servers (entirely online concept). Turbo Lister is a desktop application. You could certainly port things from Auctiva to Turbo Lister, but why would you want to (other than an offline backup method)?

I believe if you explore all the rich functionality provided with the service, you'll quickly recognize the differences and features you don't have with Turbo Lister. Take some time to look through the FAQ and Tutorials at HELP (link at top of page), the different webpages and purpose for each under the TABS, and the methods dicussed in the Forum.

Using Turbo Lister as a simple backup method for some situations isn't a bad idea. I've consider it or Auctiva's equivalent (but dated) poster for that purpose. It really depends upon your usage and need for backup method.

Ok, thanks again for your advice Danno.

I have to admit that have been lurking for two or three weeks looking through many of the posts on these forums. I was getting along with TL2 and getting used to its idiosyncrasies, but there were still issues. However in the end a couple of favourable posts from users of Auctiva that seemed to know what they were talking about, did the trick. Not to mention the additional advantage of it being an online system.

Interesting comments about backup too!

Thanks again.
