Keep getting error message when posting my saved listing.

I am new to auctiva. I have used turbo lister for a while. I save a listing then when I come back to post it. I get error messages that some fields were not checked off. For instance shipping fees and insurance. I have to go back and re-check the items and they still get error messages. I can only post the items when they are not saved or I have to go through each save item every time I list. I am about to pull my hair out and go back to turbo lister.

Make sure you're clicking Save after you're done with a listing. If you're sure that info is being lost every time you save it, file a support case with customer support:
