I have used Auctiva for about a month. I have no problems getting listings up but I have encountered come confusion on keeping track of inventory. Some listings sell, some do not. I usually re-list items that do not sell. When I go to the listings tab and sort by unsold listings, I see all unsold listings, possibly even duplicates from re-listed items. If you re-list an unsold item it should not appear on unsold items anymore but I think it does. I already wound up selling something twice because of this.

Is there any way of keeping track of what listings eventually sell even after re-listing so they don’t show as unsold listings I would try to re-list? Can I do this through your software or do I need to go to my eBay to verify. It seems this should be simple but I can’t figure it out.

I started doing the same thing out of necessity. I noticed when you look at closed listings and sort by unsold, you see transaction details in the far right column on the items that sold. I guess that is from an item that was re-listed and subsequently sold. There is a column that shows if an item is re-listed but there are always those items that don’t sell on two tries that you want to list again at a future date. When you re-list an item it still shows as being available for listing unless of course you move it to a re-listed folder. The folder thing seems kind of a work around for a program that integrates with eBay and has quite a few bells and whistles.
