Keeps bouncing me off line.

Hi all.

Every time I go in to set up profiles, listings anything in Auctiva....I get about 3 screens in and I get bounced completely off. Internet connection shuts down and everything. This only happens on this site.

I use AOL/IE. Any suggestions?

I was having this same problem. Contacted auctiva support and they responded immediately. Are you using AOL? if so this is the response I received
"I would like to let you know that this is a common issue with users of the AOL browser.

Please use our site with an alternate browser like Internet Explorer or Firefox and you won't experience this issue. A free download of Mozilla Firefox is available at www.mozilla.com"

I have Internet Explorer and I have the same problem also....my computer locks up....and I have to turn it off manually....getting the dreaded "since you did not turn off the computer correctly, etc" and have to sit here and wait for the computer to check for errors or whatever it does.

This new editor is giving me GREY hair....I should have invested in Clairol!

This issue may also be a result of your internet security settings being set higher than medium. Try adjusting your internet security settings to medium and hopefully you won't encounter this issue again.

If you a firewall or any internet security products on your computer, you may also want to try disabling those, one at a time, to locate which product is responsible for botting you off.
