Key words not updating

Argggh! I'm trying to update my key words in my store and I'm doing it EXACTLY as indicated but it doesn't show up on the website.

Why? Any help would be appreciated.

I've had this problem since I joined a few months ago. I finally today sent in a support request, and deleted the searches off my website. I sick of it not working, and I think the amount of key words (or characters) allowed should be tripled at least. I can only fit in 4 or 5 words per category that I make.
