kicking me off the internet when trying to save listing

I am a newbie and am trying to start selling on Auctive. A friend told me about it and I have tried to enter one item at least 15 times everytime I go to save it it kicks me off the internet and says I have no connection. I cleared out the cookies and updated the server to Internet 7 and it still is doing this. Do I have to go thru ebay or is there something else I can try? PLease advise

Hi welcome to Auctiva, may be an eBay token problem, best to raise a support request with Auctiva to confirm your account is set up correctly. (See help page for link and faqs)

If all ok with your account try Firefox, much quicker than IE6, don't know about IE7, this was pointed out to me a few days ago whilst I was having very slow saves. They were taking a long time and were probably near the point of time outs occurring with consequent "no connection" warnings.

I've been using Auctiva for over a year, but I can't get anything done today. I've lost a listing three times when I try to save it. It can't connect and bounces me out. That's my limit of frustration for now!
Is it my imagination or have there been a lot more glitches since the last update?

The connection thing is probably an ISP problem, I just had the same issue.

Download Firefox..
