Welcome to Auctiva! All three of the things you mentioned actually are available through Auctiva already. I will proceed to explain where on the Auctiva listing creation page each of the features you mentioned can be found:

1) "International Site Visibility" can be found in the "Marketing Tools" section of the Auctiva lister page. You can reveal the options that are available in this section by clicking the "Maximize" link next to the section.

2) You can indicate whether an item is new or used (among other things) in the item specific section of the listing creation page. You can enter the item specifics by clicking the "Choose Item Specifics" link that appears under the category field once you have chosen a category.

3) The counter that is available through Auctiva is called the Sellathon counter and can be selected by choosing one of the options from the "Select a Counter" drop-down menu on the listing creation page. If you select the "hidden" counter, you will not see a counter in the actual listing but you will be able to tell how many hits your listings have recorded by looking in the "Hits" column on your Auctiva Active Listings page.
