Gallery not loading in listings and everything has slowed to a crawl

I just spent 45min trying to revise my description and cannot upload pics. Advice? Is it just me? Will appreciate comments.

Cannot get into my image folders.

Is this a sign of things to come even though we are now paying? Uh Oh!

Stupid Comcast

Same here. First listings in 2 weeks and I run into this. And it's always on the weekend.

At least we get to pay for it now.

Auctiva itself is going at a snails pace!!!
Too many moving at the same time?

IT is so slow I can fix supper and be back before a page loads and its only the last half hour that it has gone this way for me.

The Auctiva servers have been extremely slow all afternoon.

I have auctions ending today. Luckily I hosted all of the photos for them externally but the scrolling gallery is pretty much dead on all of my eBay listings (it is stuck saying "loading" forever).

I've been posting new listings all afternoon too. I had been hosting my images for the new listings on the Auctiva servers, but maybe I should re-think that.

I just filed a report with support so now we will see how long it takes to get a response and what that response is

Perhaps if Auctiva cannot handle the heavy load, which they should have anticipated after announcing their new pricing structure, we should think twice about staying. With the new monies coming in, surely they can upgrade their system to take care of the new business.

You want me to PAY for this???? FOUR minutes to load a picture????

At least you got it loaded. I can't even do that without an error message. No response from support yet.

I apologize... I am now watching something trying to load for over EIGHT minutes now. I'm sure they'll get back to you and blame it on YOUR picture or YOUR browser.

Yeah even thou its more than one person with the problem. I gave up.

Got a response from support and they did not blame my browser or system. Here is what they are saying

It's running normal speed for me again.

Their servers must be overloaded with customers coming and going. I just worked for two days to restore my transfered and deleted listing and photos! Next time Auctiva wants to make radical changes, please do it in January when there is nothing else to do!! This is my busy season and this rots!
Keeping both Auctiva and IF for a while before making my final choice. Service is important, and IFrog has 500 new templates starting on Sunday. If they are as boring as the ones that they have now I will stay with Auctiva. IFrog has glitches also but no fee for 2 months as a trial basis, nothing to lose.

Oops. Spoke too soon. I now again have the spinning wheel of death.
