ok I have tried to ask many diffrent ways of some simple ?'s but feel all I get is side stepped and no real answer . I have signed up both on the free site and for the lister part I realy don't like the service thus far so I am trying to transition back to my old server . just to tell you where im at I know you get tons on mail so here is the issues I want to clear up
1.) how do i delete the lister account and erase the token for that account . I have uninstalled the software on my end but see no way to close this account .
2.) how do I stop your system from adding the scrolling window to my auctions I never turned the feature on it shows it is off in my account but the scrollings are there ? see item # 9112414503 Ebay . it is near bottom of auction .
3.) when I have everthing back off your free site I see there is a link to close that account will it delete the token for this account and all the stuff in this free account . I had to sign up twice for these acounts and they are on diffrent links so even tho your the same place I am hoping you can finaly answer the ?'s
I have asked . so far I have continued to ask these ?'s but all i get is answers about what or why but they dont answer the ? being asked .and one last thing I responded to another strand where a person had said there were no pictures showing up this is still happening after the move to your new site and why I don't know and some times i and others are getting the site not found (i think it says NDL error ) which when this ? the responce was clear the cash well it is off and on again not a problem just with my pc's plus I have 3 running systems all are pulling these errors and a freind on DSL so i don't think its on our end .
not trying to be a pain but trying to help your other people from these issues . I have said before and still say I would rather pay a small fee and have a working site then free and loose sales or price do to it being out .
I may be listed as a nebie on your site but have been doing internet since the 80's and ebay since it started public so I say again trying to offer help of problems i see and I do check my end before asking . so please help me to answer the ?'s I have asked . thanx for your help
