After sending in a help ticket for my images not loading in the windows, this is what I received:

"You are probably referring to Auctiva
showcase. We are aware of this situation.
Our engineers have driving a few hours to
where our computers are located to hopefully
resolve this issue. Check your auctions
tomorrow morning.
Thank you,
Auctiva Support"

Ok folks, here's is todays update from HELP and it's NOT good news!

Looks like another week of auctions not working right. Good thing I didn't have to pay a membership fee or something to use their program, right? LOL...........
