Thanks for posting your question here. Since you have set up your Auctiva account to automatically leave positive feedback for your buyers once they have left you positive feedback, our system should automatically leave feedback on your behalf almost immediately after each of your buyers leaves you positive feedback.

In the event, that we do not receive or process the usual notification from eBay indicating you have received positive feedback as quickly as usual, we also have a backup service that runs on each account about every 4-6 hours which should process any automatic feedback that does not get left immediately.

Our site is not entirely clear about how often Auto Feedback summary emails are sent when you have the "Receive Auto-Feedback summary emails" and I have a feeling that is because how often they are sent varies from user to user depending on how many automatic feedback messages are sent.

If you come to feel that you are not receiving those emails frequently enough to meet your needs, please feel free to contact our customer support team by mousing over the "My Account" tab and selecting the "File Support Case" option and we will see if we can get you some more specifics.
