I have a couple links you can check out, regarding possible 'fake' items:

Your auctions look good, but you're being limited because of your relatively low FB score and not too much activity on your account. If you had been selling these for a long time, with many positive FBs, I doubt Ebay would have limited you the way they did. So to answer your question, NO there's no way around this problem. Once you get more established in selling items like these you should be ok.

It's not only FB...you have to be a member in good standing, with a good reputation (without complaints filed against you, good FB) both in the Ebay and Paypal communities. You're not a new member but you haven't had much activity recently, and they will take that into consideration. If you sell consistantly and recieve good FBs, you should eventually be ok. It comes down to having a clean record and doing things by the book and it won't happen overnight.
Contrary to what some might say, Ebay now DOES look at sellers FB, not only reports. Too many negs or even neutrals in a too short a period of time and you can be limited for that as well. It doesn't seem fair, but that's the way it is.
