link to my ebay store

Hello-I'm new to all this. If I use store listing does that go to my Auctiva store or my ebay store? How do I create a link to my ebay store on my Auctive listings?

Also, I have been unable to get a listing to go through so I saved a listing. I checked it today and only the title was saved-everything else disappeared. Is it gone or just somewhere in cyberspace?

Hi V-,

If you use the "store item" listing option, the item will be listed to your eBay store. Since your Auctiva store contains a collection of all your active listings, eBay store listings will also be displayed in your Auctiva store.

A link to your eBay store will automatically be posted in the listing when it is submitted to eBay. However, if you would like an additional "View Seller's Other Items" link, you can add one by selecting this option from the "User Links" menu on the upper right of the description editor.

Unfortunately, it sounds like the information you thought you saved is gone...I'm not sure why though.
