Lisiting disappeared in New Description Editor

Just listing some auctions tonight. Jan 19th 7.25pm Eastern time. Everything was going fine, then it all went screwy.

I made the listing, attached the template, went to preview it and it just hung there ! it would not preview. Then it came up Save Changes or Cancel ??

I pressed cancel (hoping to get my main listing page back, but instead it took me to a totaly blank listing !! Everything went, pictures Discription, title, template.

So, I'm giving it a rest now, my stress level is high. I know you are getting similar problems with other users attempting to use the new description editor, and that you want reports on error. I am using the latest version of IE, and have a DSL connection.

The new description editor, I tryed a copy & paste & It was all screwed up. I had to refix & refix everything. Just when it was running good!! Not so sure I like the new one... What do you think? And yes I lost Discription a couple of times also

Did you make sure to clear your cache, close all of your windows, then open up IE and try the editor again? This fixes things for most people.

While this may be a workaround for this bug, you're not realistically expecting people to do this every time they want to use the listing feature, are you?

I'm pretty sure the point is to clear your cache once, so there's no holdover previous versions of the editor -- thus no conflict (theoretically).

It worked for me anyway.

To be honest I am sick to death of clearing my cache every 3 mins, Yes I cleared my cache, and my cookies and everything else, it is NOT my cache causing the problems, it is the NEW editor.
