My listings are not posting to eBay, and it's now getting to late to list them for the east coast.

Hi, I am having the same problem. I have got a case open with support and they say they have emailed me but no email and it is not in my spam folder either. How long should it take to get an email. I guess I am going to contact them again to let them know. Thanks, Big T

Thanks! it os good to know that it is not just me! Anyone have this problem on a sunday, I mean every sunday? 'error application' comes up on the screen. As I find I can not list any sundays, I had assumed they do maintenance on a sunday.

Yes Sweetie, Just about every Sunday. It must be the Weekend when everyone works. I have had so many problems lately. But, I still love Auctiva. Don't you know how Awsome this will be when they get all these bugs worked out. I can usually get a listing in about 2 or 3 in the morning. I don't sleep much. I am just getting the hang of Auctiva and I really like all the benefits when we get to use them. Thanks, Big T

I see you've been using Auctiva all of two weeks. Yes the software is excellent. But as far as the bugs getting worked out...I've been waiting since last December.

The time when you post to eBay is critical. You don't post at 2AM because the auction will then CLOSE at 2AM. The weekend is peak eBay traffic time, particularly Saturday and Sunday evenings. So, to maximize your number of bids, and hence, get a higher price for your items, you like to end your auctions around dinnertime on the west coast, so it's only 9PM in the east, where the highest concentration of bids generate from.

Sadly, I have resigned myself to the fact that, IF I want my listings posted on a Sunday (in the future)...I will have to write and schedule them on Saturday INSTEAD! Unfortunately, this happens every Sunday (not just this one!), but I should point out that Auctiva is a free site that is used by countless posters...ALL wanting to list at the same time!! No wonder the poor little servers are sizzling!! lol

Hi Bouncing Bubba, You just told me somthing I did not know about listing at 2 a.m. I guess you learn a little everyday. I guess I will have to try somthing different. Thanks for the info. Big T

Yeah, it took me awhile to figure out listing on eBay when I started selling a year ago. I learned a lot by being an eBay Buyer first, to see how you play the game. Ebay has some very informative articles filled with great tips, that come from other eBayers. I've learned a lot from them.

When you sign in make sure you check the remember me box. If you don't check remember me it will kick you out if you don't show any activity for a while. I think the timeout is set at less than 10 minutes(there is another thread that talks about it somewhere). This is a somewhat recent change I think.
