Hiya
I'm having problems listing an item that is cash on collection only i've got the box ticked in shipping specifying this and in the comments on payment section said so as well. I've also tried with the drop down menu where you choose the last option off collection both ways i get an error when checking saying i must choose a method of payment.
Tried asking on the helpline and they answered very quickly with something to try and asked me to respond but then they closed the post and put the padlock on the bottom saying it was resolved i did post a reply but that was over 24hrs ago now and i've not heard back so i'm not sure if i did it right or not.
Sorry if for babbling just frustrated because i can't suss it and confused as to the helpline posting.
Any help would be appreciated
