Listing & Imported listing problems

I tried to list last night and was only able to list one item and then on the next one I kept getting an error message (and I did error check & it was ok) so I finally gave up. I then went to ebay to list a few things and want to add some extra pictures but the auctions are not showing up here as imported like they ususally do so that I can add pictures. Is this happening to others? And when can we hope it will get cleared up?

I was told wednesday that this should be taken care of and still my auctions are not imported and they end tomorrow! But worse is that I have not received any other response through the support case I responded to.

I don't understand what is going on?? I thought things would be better now.
