Listing and posting problems

I am having a problem putting descriptions in auctions. It started yesterday...have cleared cache...many times. The most auctions I can schedule is 3 before it goes down again. I cannot get into the description box at all. Is anyone else having this problem?

I think you will find everyone is having problems I can't understand though why people are having different problems??? My problem is, the description box isn't showing.

I'm now having problems with getting my photos on my auctions.

I am having the same problem with description box. It is coming up blank with no HTML or regular. This is been happening for atleast 3-4 hours now and is very frustrating. It shows an error on page at bottom of screen.

Yep, can't add photos to listings either. This seems to be another screwy day in a screwy week. Sellathon was broken, PayPay was screwed up earlier and still isn't completely working correctly and now Auctiva is messing up too. Is it a full moon tonight?

it sounds like the whole website is having trouble. i cant do anything from my end. nothing!

the only way I've been able to get listings (i can't see the description part) is to do everything that I can do and do an error check then description comes up to edit.

Has there been any word since this morning on what is being done and how long it might be?

thanks for that..i will try to make it work under edit..but the last time i checked it would not let me push any buttons. hmmm..i am sure they will get this fixed but i am really glad i am not a "big" seller. i can just go to ebay and list one pic per item and pray.

i have not heard anything except they are working on it?! that is all the emails to me say. although i did try to chat online and it keeps saying they are off line... hmmm must be really busy. they are hidding

I can't get the description box to show and when I do and I put stuff in it won't save it!

I am all for changes to make the site better but this reminds me of everything ebay is doing. There was nothing wrong with the site so why fix what is not broken?

Ebay's new item page is harder and looks terrible,old item page was just fine.

Ebay's old search was just fine now its a complete mess as they are trying to make something better that didnt need fixing.

I am hoping that once the mess here is fixed there are some good new features that made it worth the wait and trouble.

You all are lucky - I can not get back in to the "old" classic auctiva site where all of my listings are. Contacted auctiva through Classic yesterday - it took them 5 hours to respond to tell me they couldn't help and gave me a link to "old" classic - did that at 8:30 this morning and as of 5:15PM still have not had a response. I was on the site yesterday morning with no problem and haven't been able to get back on since. I need help! Candy
