where do I find the template/field when i am listing books, such as ISBN, etc?

Hi Pat,
In the Auctiva one-page lister, after you chose Category, you should see a Find Product selection. That will launch a window, where you can enter the ISBN to get all the basis Item Specifics for the book.
Try it with "Books > Fiction Books" for a quick test. Some specialty Categories under books might not have that capability, but most of the majors do.
