eBay used to have a feature that when you were listing a book it had a way to automatically pull in an image and generic description. Is there anything similar on Auctva? If there isn't, can I create my book listings on eBay and still have them show up in my Auctiva store? Thanks for any guidance!

Hi greenshell620,

Unfortunately, when listing through Auctiva, you do not have the ability to automatically pull an image and description of the book you're selling.

However, if you list your books on eBay, they will be imported into Auctiva and displayed in your Auctiva store within about 12 hours of being posted.

Mike: Thanks! I probably will do that with books only. By the way, I think you guys are awesome!!!! Website, customer service on the phone and on the message boards. I'm starting off so slow because I've got "other stuff" going on right now. And of course losing internet access today didn't help. But as soon as I do get up to speed I will love Auctiva even more. So easy to use, so easy to organize stuff (pics in folders, etc) -- great for someone who loves to be organized. My biggest problem with Auctiva so far is figuring which of the 100s of templates to use -- now that is slowing me down... Arline
