Listing category

I am trying to list and select a category, but when I try to search or browse, there is just a flash of a window, but no window comes up. I have had the same trouble when trying to insert a photo in an active listing. Is this a problem with a setting on my computer or with Auctiva. This is my first time to use Activa and if this is an ongoing problem, I'd like to know now so I can go on to Vendio or some other site. If it's my computer, I'd appreciate someone letting me know how I can change settings to fix the problem. I like the templates and would like to use this site, but if I can't get past these problems, I can't use it. Please help!

Hi retro,

It sounds like you have a pop-up blocker enabled on your system or browser that is preventing these pop-up windows from being displayed. Therefore, if you disable any and all pop-up blockers that may be lurking on your system, you should no longer experience this problem.
