Hi Penrod,

Auctiva does not currently support prefilled item info for books, CD's, DVD's, etc., however, we will be adding this feature to our site as part of our Phase II release, which is tentatively scheduled for Q1 of 2007.

If you list these items through eBay's "Sell your Item" form and would like to apply an Auctiva template to them, you can do so via the following process:

1) Recreate the listing in Auctiva and click "Save".
2) Once you have finished, click the "Save" button.
3) Return to your Saved Listings page, check the box next to the item, and click the "Get HTML" button.
4) Select All and copy the html in the popup window.
5) Go to the item that is active on eBay and click "Revise Item" then "Edit Description"
6) Click the "Enter Your Own HTML" tab above the description editor.
7) Delete the html that is already there and then paste the copied html in its place and save you changes.

Hello! I was having the same problem, found this thread & did what you suggested. It worked, so "Thanks", but I noticed that my auctiva window is not on the listing.

I mostly sell children's clothing, so, being that this is for a Barbie movie, that window at the bottom could definitely help some of my other auctions. Item # is 170096045671

This listing was created approximately 2-3 hours ago, so I didn't know if it just hasn't been updated YET, or if its gonna stay that way Confused Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance!
yep, it is/was in all my other listings.

I had 5 different listings with girl's clothing outfits that I hoped would draw attention from it, but they've ended Frown

I missed out on that one...both ways...you know how ebay says to allow up to 6 hours after revisions for your item to appear in search results/cross promotions? Well, it took exactly 6 hours & 10 minutes...so I was only able to cross promote it in the last 5 minutes of the last auction.

I have a few more clothing items, but my "main attractions" have already closed.

(Sorry if that was too much info Smile

I still don't understand why I don't have my store window, though. Any other suggestions?
