Listing Error

eBay is cracking down on listings that use a brand name like Tiffany, Waterford, etc. Corporations are demanding that eBay end the listings or prevent them from being launched. If you get too many of them your account will be flagged. I know it's a pain. Is there a brand name in your title? Did you cut and paste any descriptions? Let me know if I can help.

I am having the same problem. Took the brand name out of listing and still I am unable to launch listing.

It's not just the title, sometimes it's something in your description. If you link to a website outside of eBay, they don't like that. Or if you have copied some text from a mfg's website. The best way to find out is to just call eBay and ask them.
