I have been trying to list an item but continue to get the following error message:

eBay has not posted your item due to title, description, and/or eBay policy violation. Please contact Auctiva support for more information on why your listing has failed to post.

I just signed up with Auctiva because I was told that it is more user friendly that TL.

I am able to list my item using both TL and directly on ebay. So why will it not go thru using Auctiva??

Any Suggestions?

Hi more information is needed to help you with this.for example I received an API error a couple of days ago while trying to list womens perfume. I went nuts trying to figure it out and finally emailed Auctiva Support rhey got back to me within minutes with the reason for the error. I was trying to do a 3 day auction and Ebay only allows 5 day on certain items that may be counterfeited.Possibly your item falls into one of the categories Ebay makes you put extra information into which you are missing on Auctiva. Hope this helps SmileSteve
Also, try using the error check button on the bottom of every auction within Auctiva. That will tell you if you have some error that will prevent the listing from launching.

Other reasons an auction might get that error is the item can only be shipped to the USA. I had that on a vintage ivory piece I listed on eBay. This also applies to knives, paintball stuff, and probably to other stuff.
