Listing ERROR, PayPal UpGrade account

This is my first time using Auctiva and it's not going good, it's also my first time selling on ebay, or using paypal(outside of buying on the net, I thought I covered my basis,got verified on both ebay and paypal, amd upgraded my account to Premier, but now Auctiva is saying I have to upgrade my account before i can list my items, What do I do??

I had to give PayPal a ebay token of sorts, by login into PayPal, then clicking on auction tools, then clicking Offer PayPal on All Your Listing, then logining into ebay, through PayPal site, I then turned on logo insert, coustom email, and PayPal preferred, and then I was allowed to list using Auctiva.
