To anyone out there

I have already done a search on the subject before setting up a new topic just in case it had already been discussed. Whilst I found a few posts about this there was no answer.

I am trying to sell some tickets for a boxing match and everything is okay until I list the item whereby I get an "API error" message stating that I have not listed the "face value" of the ticket. On ebay i know you have to declare this which is not a problem the thing is there is no where on the auctiva site which allows you to do this - is there a way around it?

I thought I could add it in afterwards once it had posted but it doesn't get to that stage...

Any help would be gratefully appreciated!!

Many thanks for taking the time to read this.

Hello,

After you select the category - tickets > subcat - event tickets you can then click on "Choose Item Specifics". This will bring up a screen where you will enter the information as follows (note sentence highlighted in red):

To enable your item to appear in the Tickets Product Finder search results, enter the Item Specifics below.

Event Type

Number of Tickets

Venue State/Province

Based on the Venue State/Province you select, you may be required to enter a Face Value.

Hope this helps.
