Hope someone can help me. As usual confusing issue.
Most items I ship all over the world with NO exclusions. I am about to list cosmetics which from what I have been told can't be sent to Germany. On all of my listings I have USE MY EBAY SHIPPING EXCLUSION LIST checked in auctiva. I did not have exclusion list, (until 2 weeks ago, so no big deal. (until NOW) which I just realized all of my new lists have Germany on my exclusion list.

Fast forward to today. I am going to have Germany on the list for cosmetic items only to be excluded. How can I do this so that other items can go there, and cosmetic will be only excluded items.

Here are Button Options:

elect one of the three options below:
1. Use my eBay shipping exclusion list

2. Select locations to exclude

3. Do not exclude any shipping locations

Also, IF I need to change all previous listings to another button, is there an easy way to MASS change them in Auctiva and/or ebay? Will write support too, but if anyone know.. pls. share with me.

Thanks

Dear Vickie,

Thanks for posting your question here. We do not have any tools available that would allow you to change the Exclusion List option within Saved Listings in bulk, so I think the best approach to this situation would be to delete your eBay Exclusion List and then specify that you will not ship to Germany in each of your cosmetics listings individually.

If you were to delete your eBay Exclusion List, you could then continue reposting your existing non cosmetics listings that have the "Use my eBay shipping exclusion list" option selected and no potential destinations would be excluded.

If you were to go that route, you would then want to check the "Select locations to exclude" option when creating your cosmetics listings and specifically exclude Germany from the listing of continents and countries that you are presented with.

That being said, I am not sure if deleting your eBay Exclusion List now would cause any changes to your active listings that were already posted to eBay with this list in place, so I think that you may need to go into your eBay account and revise the non cosmetic listings that were posted with Germany excluded if you want to change that.

I hope this helps.

-Mike
