listing failure ?

Hi I'm a newbie, I scheduled a listing through Auctiva, when I went to check why it wasn't showing up, I noticed a message. Failure to list. Mess. said e-bay won't let it list due to title or description? Can't figure that out, as I have sold many of same items in the past. Also, shouldn't I be notified by Auctiva and e-bay that my item had failed to list. If I had not gone to check, I would not have known. Thans, Cathy

Hi Catty, did you error check your listing before saving and scheduling.

The error message you saw was it as an event in Auctiva ?

eBay would not tell you directly if there was an error if posted via Auctiva, they would 'reply' to Auctiva and Auctiva would show it as an 'event' message usually 'success but in this case 'failure'!
