the problem might NOT be your listings but the link between Auctiva and eBay. I've gotten numerous API errors over the last few days for listings that would run fine before but suddenly produce strange errors, while I did not make any changes.
I have a ticket open with support to have them look in to that.
If I were you and those l2 listings keep failing, I'd look in to posting them manually on eBay.
Just take the HTML fro the Auctiva listing and paste it in the listing window on eBay. There's no need to start from scratch.
