Hi itsjustme,

I'm not aware of any technical problems that would have caused erroneous posting failures yesterday. However, we did conduct our routing database maintenance last night beginning at about 11 PM PT and, if you scheduled your items to post when our site was down for maintenance, we would not have been able to post them successfully.

In any event, if you would like assistance figuring out why these listings failed, I recommend contacting our customer support team using the form on the following page of our site: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx

Hi itsjustme,

I'm sorry to hear that. I reviewed your situation through your support ticket and I'm not quite sure what caused the last item on your Scheduled Listings page that is showing that error not to relist successfully. I have forwarded this issue over to our engineering team for further investigation and I'll follow up with you through that case when I hear back from them and have some additional information to share.

I sent you a similar message to this through you support case as well so you should be receiving an email informing you of that shortly as well.

I've had a number of problems with relisting today...in fact I'd just about had it with this website!!

Don't know that I want to spend another hour explaining problems as I've already spent 2 hours just trying to relist 2 items.

I did manage to relist my 2-8-2 C&O brass loco here

But look at this mess on my 4-6-0 loco...What happened????

Hi railandsail,

I'm seeing Word code in the problem listing.

Code copied and pasted to the description editor from Word can cause corruption when the Word Paste tool on the toolbar isn't used. Word uses a proprietary markup language that isn't fully compatible with HTML and can (sometimes) cause severe corruption and interference to a listing page. The Word Paste tool will convert your Word text to HTML. You'll get a popup that helps with the conversion.
