Hopefully someone here can help. Auctiva support has been able to so far.

I am new. I am trying to list an inventory item on ebay from auctiva. It does not seem to want to work. No error messages, no acknowledgment, nothing.

After entering all the information, i click on preview and all looks well. I then click on the post button and the page is just returned to me. No errors, no confirmation, nothing appears on ebay...nothing.

The only thing different from the original screen is that I have some verbage that appears at the the top that says "paypal email address" in red. Have no idea what this means, nor when I do a search, do I get any responses. Don't know if this is a "error" or not. Doesn't say so. Just nothing ever happens. Anyone else ever run into a problem like this before. I have listed hundreds...no thousands...of item on ebay itself with no problem.

Thanks for letting us know about this. Based on the behavior you are describing, it sounds like you checked the box next to "Accept Paypal Payments" in the "Checkout Options" section without entering your Paypal email address in the adjacent "Paypal Notification Will Go To" field.

If this is the case, you just need to enter your Paypal email address in the "Paypal Notification Will Go To" field and you should then be able to post your listing successfully.
