I have the item at e-bay, but I want to make it look better through Auctiva. Why does it charge me again the gallery fee, if it's already on e-bay? How can I just fix the one I have at my store on e-bay?

Hello,
If you want to revise an active listing to look better through Auctiva, you'll have to recreate the listing in Auctiva and enter the html for it into the html description using eBay's "Revise Item" form. Here's how:
1) Recreate the listing in Auctiva and save.
2) Go to your saved listings folder and locate the listing.
3) Check the box next to it and click "Get html".
4) Copy the html that comes up in the popup box.
5) Go to the item on eBay and click "Revise Item" to edit description.
6) Switch to html mode in the design editor and paste in the copied html.
