Auctiva HELP! I have lots of items that are not showing the gallery image in ebay search. The majority of my listings. The images are in the listing, but not on the gallery in the ebay search. What is going on????????????? HELP!

I'm also having the same issue with 3 or 4 of my listings. You guys seriously need to fix this. I mean we're paying you for this to work and unfortunately it's most likely going to lose us sales!
I've been having this problem as of late also and quite frequent. anyone ever find out the problem?

Thanks for posting here. I'm not sure about the original 2 posters, but it sounds most likely experiencing a known issue on eBay's end that has been going on for a while which is causing their system to intermittently experience failures when trying to generate gallery images from valid image URL's. Others who have experienced this problem have reported receiving automated emails from eBay about these failures.
In some cases of this nature we have seen, eBay's system has appeared to eventually generate the gallery images successfully after a retry but, if that does not happen, you may have to add the gallery images to the listings in question using eBay's "Revise your Item" form.
When we reported this problem to eBay last month, they acknowledged the problem and posted as estimate indicating the issue was expected to be resolved on 3/18/11. They have still not updated their thread on that issue, but I expect it to be resolved soon if it has not been addressed already.
