LISTING ISSUES - NEED URGENT HELP!!

Hi! Just started using auctiva today. I don't understand why my auctiva slideshow is showing old pricing and not the current pricing and bids. It is worrying and I really need someone's help urgently because my auctions finish tomorrow. Can someone be so kind enough to tell me "step by step" process of how to update this.

I don't think you can do anything as I believe they scroll the auctions closing. I am not sure but they update every 4-8 hrs?

You can go to store window settings and click empty window under preview type if a lot of the listings has ended. Then later go back later and click My Items to fill it back out again. Just a thought.

Can I relist through Auctiva or do I have to go through Ebay? Where are my unsold items at Auctiva? Is it true that if I do not relist through Auctiva, Checkout will not work? Great service you offer. Thanks.
