Listing items in a desired order in Ebay selling

I'm new to Auctiva. I'm getting things listed okay, but have one simple problem. Auctiva seems to list the items to Ebay in a random order. I'd like to go into the selling screen on Ebay and be able to sort the items so they come up alphabetic by title, that is, the ebay numbers would be in direct relation to the titles. Now I'm listing them and they are listing randomly regardless of how I've sorted them when I schedule them. With Mr. Lister, they went to Ebay in whatever order they were in the group. If I sorted them alphabetically, they came up that way. Is there a way to do that?

Why not use the scheduler to schedule them incrementally (instead of all at once), one minute apart. Use the ordering tool on the scheduler to have them fire-off in the order you want them to appear.

I too prefer my listings to be in order wrt to my spreadsheet, firing them all off at the same time does result in strange ordering.

Easiest way to list in sequence is to schedule at 1 minute intervals. Scheduling from Auctiva is freee !!

If I do that then my sixty auctions are scattered over an hour. It is much easier if they were to all end at the same time.

That can make it difficult for a buyer to participate in the final (last minute) bidding in that many concurrently ending auctions.

I guess it depends on the category(s) and whether you are offering any combined shipping incentives.

Agree 100%, when buying multiple items I hate that, I'm afraid Whamm if you place more emphasis on your convienence than the buyers, then that is a costly mistake in any aspect of selling.

I just did a little test that had interesting results. If you sort the Saved Listing page by Title/Format (click on that header) and then select them for scheduling, they do appear on the scheduler page "in that order". I don't know if concurrent release will maintain that order, but it's worth a try.

It's the best suggestion I can make for use of bulk concurrent submission. However, ebay may process them (queue and list) differently, even with that or any method used on the Auctiva side of the submission.
