Hi Arthurlv,
Thanks for posting your question here. We not not currently offer any functionality that would allow you to schedule a listing to automatically post every Monday and Thursday so the only way to carry out this listing strategy would be to schedule each time that you would like the listing to post individually.
However, we do allow you to schedule one saved listings to post multiple times. Therefore, if you initially scheduled the item to post next Monday, you could then go back to your Saved Listings page and use the “Schedule” option to schedule the same listing to post next Thursday as well. You could then potentially repeat that process for each time you would like the listing to post to eBay for the foreseeable future.
We also an Auto Relist feature which can be used to make some or all of your items relist automtically if they meet certain conditions and you are welcome to check out the options available with respect to that feature by mousing over the “Profiles” tab within your account and selecting the “Create New” option under “Auto Relisting”.
It is possible to set up your Auto Relist profile to automatically relist the desired items on a certain date/time, but that option would only work for the purpose you described here if you were listing your auctions for less than 7 days because items to which Auto Relist Profiles are applied are not evaluated for potential auto relisting until they have ended.
For example, if you posted a 7 day auction at 7 PM PST on Monday, 1/16/2012 with an Auto Relist Profile attached to it indicating that you would like the item to be relisted automatically the same time each Monday if it does not sell, it will likely not relist the item the next week because our system would not be able to evaluate the original item until just after it closed on Monday, 1/23/2011. Therefore, it would end up scheduling the relist for the following Monday.
I hope this helps. If you need any further assistance with your account, please feel free to contact our customer support team by mousing over the “Help” tab and selecting the “File Support Case” option.
