Listing keeps failing....why?

I created 2 karaoke lots

I called them #1 and #2

I created # one and then did a create similar to the first

The first one went to ebay no problem..the 2nd one has failed 4 times though..NOTHING is different except for the list of cds in the lot(which are cds I have put in these lots a few times a week)

the error says

API Error

eBay has not posted your item due to title, description, and/or eBay policy violation. Please contact Auctiva support for more information on why your listing has failed to post.

I use templates for all of my lots and they all look the same and they all listed but this one

Hi Scott, have you done the "Error Check"? If you have, and it passes, you should file a support ticket with Auctiva, telling them which listing is creating problems, and they can test it and determine the exact cause of the problem.

I have put several tickets in and I am still unable to schedule more than one listing on any given day. Sometimes not even one! I'm ready to quit and go elsewhere.

Thanks Auctiva for the NO help I have received for my listing problem. This will be the last time I come to this site or try to list anything. I guess you get what you pay for, huh?

I'm having a similar problem.
It seems that every other listing has a failure in it just when I'm getting pictures to load in.
When I go back to try to salvage at least what I've written, I can't find it!
If you have a problem with software applications FIX THEM before offering them to the public!

My suggestion, reload your computer or get a new one. You probably have a virus or spyware.

Upload all your photos first then on the Images tab before you start creating yoru items and descriptions.

Or create your descriptions and save the listing, then add the pictures and save them.
