Hi cas need a bit more info to help you. What browser are you using, are you using Windows or another operating system. How much memory do you have? have you tried re-booting your computer? I do not have any problems most of the time. I use firefox mainly but IE7 occasionally. If you don't have enough memory and are running alot of background programs you may be running out of memory. hope this helps you a bit

Thank's Steve for your reply. I don't fully understand computers but these are the details I could find. I run on Internet Explorer 7 (I was worried about installing firefox as well, would that not just clog up my computer even more?) I have 512mb of RAM, not sure how much I have used. I usually have other programmes running for example excel, outlook express and other internet pages. My computer often runs slowly, I hadn't considered I was running out of memory, I will try working without all the other programmes and see if that helps. Thanks. Cass
Hi again Cass, actually Firefox uses less system resources than IE7 so would help you use less memory. 512 MB is not that much memory anymore. I use a great little program called MaxMem to freemy memory (2gigabytes and still not enough for me! Frown) depending on what version of Windows,( I am assuming you to be a Windows user?)you are using it really gobbles the memory up.I am posting a link to Maxmem if you want to try it. It is a free program and a very small install. You have to start it again everytime you restart your PC it does not autostart http://www.analogx.com/contents/download/system/maxmem.htm Hope this info helps you out
Steve
