I have scheduled and rescheduled my listings and I still keep getting an API error that my eBay fees need to be paid. I paid them!

Try generating a new eBay token and try again.
Sometimes that helps

I scheduled them for 6/6/07 in the evening since eBay is having the 10 cent special. There is no API error so I'll wait and see what happens then.

Ok, I figured it out! Paying eBay fees wasn't good enough. I had to put an automatic payment type on my account. Everything is working wonderfully now! Stupid if you ask me.
