Listing not showing on eBay

I'm sorry if this question has been brought out before, but I'm still trying to figure out how to properly use the forum.

I just listed 5 auctions using Auctiva for the very first time, it's been almost 2 hrs since the auctions went "live" and I just can't find them anywhere but on "my eBay" only, if I go to "other items" there will be just one item that I listed before using Auctiva, it's just those 5 items listed with this software that I can't find them using the regular search bar on ebay, I tried every single possible wording and nothing, What I'm doing wrong?

I just went back to ebay and if I go to my "other items" page there will be just one item, on the right upper corner there's a link that says, "Text-only format" if I clik in that, I'm able to see my items, but still I can't find them using the regular search......

The same thing has just happened to me.

I had some items already listed and listed a few with this site.

All my listings have been removed and have to be reloaded on the site.

I contacted ebay and they said that they all have to reloaded- and i am annoyed because u pay for the listing to be on the site for this time.
They said it can take up to 24 hours to reload and my items are ending them..ebay wont give refund either.This needs to be made clear on this website please. thank you!

UPDATE:

Now all my listings are where they should be, they know appear on the general search as well on my "other items" it took somewhere between 2~6 hrs to load them all on eBay, now I'm happy with Auctiva, but I really think that all this could be improved.

Hi!
The delay in being able to find your items on eBay using Search is because of the indexing eBay does to the listing. They do this will all listings, whether you post them directly on eBay's site or use a 3rd party listing service (such as Auctiva.)
