I have been using Auctiva for a few years now. I have never waited this long for a listing to be searchable, even when listing through ebay. My listings are for 7 days. Does anyone know if the 7 days start from the time they are in My Ebay or by the time they are searchable. If it takes 24 hours for the listings to show up in there perspective categories, do I only have 6 days left? I am begining to feel very gypped. They are shown as active in My Ebay and Auctiva, and the clocks are ticking. I feel like I should have listed them for 10 days to be sure people will actually see them. I am so frustrated.

I read that the "normal" delay is 6 hours on the Ebay site map. There are alot of people posting on the Ebay community site that it is taking up to 24 hours in some cases. I wish the time would start from the time it is searchable, rather than the time it posts to My Ebay. Thanks for the input. I could not find that answer on any help topic.
I start all of my auctions at .99 cents. No matter what it is. I used to start auctions higher, but noticed, after no bids, that when I relisted them at .99 cents, the price would go a lot higher than what I was originally asking. I think people watch them at low prices and start a bidding war because they have been dedicated to that listing for a week, so they are determined to win it. Only a few times have I had an auction only go for .99 cents. I don't mind. I make up for it on other listings.
