If the items that you recently posted are active on eBay and have been assigned item numbers but are not showing up on your "Seller's Other Items" page on eBay, it means that they are in the process of being "indexed" by eBay which is a something they do to check for fraudulent items that they want to prevent from making it to market.

http://pages.ebay.com/help/fin.../wheres-my-item.html. According to eBay, this process should normally not take longer than 6 hours.
