I am fairly new to Auctiva, but am slowly climbing the learning curve. I find it to be very easy to create new listings. Especially like the free scheduling of a listing. I have a number of concerns, but here is only one of them. When I create a new listing I always preview it before saving or posting. My return policy never shows up in the preview even though it is in the profile, and checked during the listing creation process. In one posting it was not included in the ebay listing, but that may have been my error.
Is there a way to make the return policy show up in the listing preview?
