Hello. I find Auctiva to be a nice improvement for my eBay listings. But I have encountered a problem. Is the store window required? I am disappointed that the store window was added to all of my listings and that I have to manually delete html to get rid of that thing. I changed my preferences to stop adding the store window to new listings. Now Auctiva won't let me upload anything. So I allowed store window and everything is working.

Simple - am I stuck with that tacky store window?

No, you can disable the store window. I'm betting the uploading problem was a coincidence. Go ahead an disable the store window again and if you still have problems listing or uploading images you might file a support request (bottom of the Help page).
