Hi

I have used Auctiva for awhile but am far from an expert so if anybody has any advice that would be great

have created quite a few listings over the past year or so
I post them sporadically to ebay and a small percentage of them generate errors & don't post
over time more & more seem to generate errors

today I went to list but in my saved listings area it says "no saved listings" - there was a couple hundred there a few weeks ago

if I go in the search window I can access listings that way so they seem to be there
when I go to upload though I get "Listing is invalid for posting or is missing certain required fields. Please edit this listing before scheduling so that it meets posting requirements." error messages on them

if I open this listings, check over & run error check on them there is nothing obvious I can see wrong with them

I can access my closed listings for past month or 2 and they seem to upload fine

anyways if anybody has any suggestions as to what may be the issue I would appreciate it

thanks
Spike

Thanks Kevin

that was simple enough

now my problem is that all the saved listings that have not recently been used give me an "Listing is invalid for posting or is missing certain required fields. Please edit this listing before scheduling so that it meets posting requirements." error message when I go to post - has something changed in the ebay or auctiva systems to make these listings incompatible??

thanks
Sheldon
Hi Sheldon,

When you do the Error Check are you sure you're scrolling all the way down? The offending problem will stand out in red but it's usually very small. There have been some errors lately with Return Policy...Ebay now requires one, even if it just says you do NOT accept returns. There's a dropdown box on your Auctiva listing page when you maximize the Checkout Options. I have a feeling that's why you're getting an error Smile
